Spring Brake Valve - SR5

Designed for trailer spring‑brake systems, the SR5 Style spring brake valve controls the application and release of the spring brakes during both normal parking and emergency situations.

  • Purpose: Maintains safe operation of spring brakes by ensuring autonomously the spring brake can apply when supply air is lost, or release when supply is present.
  • Anti‑compounding facility: The SR5 style includes features to protect against “compounding” of the service and spring‑brake circuits (so both don’t apply simultaneously inappropriately).
